How did you hear about us?*

PetKids will only walk dogs that:

• Have an ID tag
• Are wearing a safe collar, suitable for the size and weight of the dog. All fixed, half check/choke collars must be fitted so they do not slip over the dogs head
• Haltis and Harnesses will only be used in conjunction with half check/choke or fixed collars
• Have a correctly fitted muzzle (dogs with dog to dog aggression)
• Leads are safe and suitable for the weight and size of the dog

PetKids will check collars, leads and tags during the consultation visit and before each walk. If any of the above are not complied with thenPetKids Ltd will be unable to walk your dog.

Terms and Conditions

• It's the Owners opinion of the above named pet(s) that PetKids is suitable to conduct their services and to act as guardian during absence and to take action which PetKids considers suitable in order to protect and keep in good health the above named pet(s)

• Owner is responsible for any costs which might be incurred either veterinary or other, as a result of any sickness, accident or damage caused to or by the above names pet(s) except third part liability, and will pay such costs or expenses on demand. Owner understands that no liability will be attached to PetKids
